Pierce County elections supervisor Mary Hall announces bid for Thurston County auditor

Mary Hall, Pierce County Elections supervisor, announced her candidacy for Thurston County Auditor on Monday, according to a news release.

She has 16 years of elections administration experience. She will run for the position vacated by Kim Wyman, who was sworn in as secretary of state last week.

Hall, a Democrat, will file for election on the 2013 ballot. She lives in Olympia with her husband, John, their two dogs and a cat. They have two adult children.
