From Katie Scaff at the Westin:

Former Governor Christine Gregoire spoke for many in the room late Tuesday when she took to the stage and said, “It’s a great night to be a Democrat.”

Keri Pravitz and Dave Affolter, both of Seattle, were two of hundreds grinning from ear to ear in the Westin Hotel’s ballroom.

“I have rights now,” said Pravitz.  “R74 is leading. I was treated as a second-class citizen, and, if this goes through. I’m not.”
Affolter agreed, adding, “Things are looking good for the Democratic Party, and the future of this state and the future of this country.”
