Opponents of I-1183 gather at F.X. McRory’s (actually look like they’re having fun)

John Buckler of Charlottesville, Virginia was the only man at the bar before the first round of election results came in at the anti-1183 headquarters in Seattle Tuesday night.

Buckler didn’t come to support the campaign though. He didn’t know about the initiatives in Washington, but said, “there’s been talk about privatizing state liquor sales in Virginia.”

In his home state, no one has been able to come up with a plan they can agree on.

“It’s a work in progress,” said Buckler.
