AG McKenna takes Costco side on liquor fight

Republican Rob McKenna said today he is voting for Initiative 1183 to dismantle the state-run liquor sales system and turn it over to the private sector. The announced candidate for governor previously said he opposes I-1125, which is Tim Eyman’s highway-tolling measure, and also opposes I-1163, the labor-backed measure to boost training requirements for home care workers.

Jay Inslee, the rival Democratic candidate for governor, opposes I-1183, supports I-1163 and opposes I-1125.
