The Kittitas County Coroner’s Office did an autopsy on state Sen. Scott White and concluded he died of “a cardiac event” due to an undiagnosed heart problem. The press release from Deputy Coroner Paul Sander said:

ELLENSBURG, Wash. — The Kittitas County Coroner's office has completed its investigation into the unexpected death of State Senator Scott White last Friday at Suncadia Lodge near Roslyn.

According to Deputy Coroner Paul Sander, an autopsy was conducted as part of the investigation earlier today. Based upon the investigation and autopsy results, it was determined that Senator White died alone in his room of a cardiac event due to a previously undiagnosed enlarged heart.
