It’s official: Voters get 5 measures on Nov. 8 ballot

Secretary of State Sam Reed’s staffers say that Initiative 1163, a training measure for homecare workers, has qualified for the Nov. 8 ballot. That makes three citizen initiatives and two constitutional amendments from the Legislature that will be on the ballot statewide.
