Democrats, abortion-rights activists hit McKenna early

Rob McKenna’s nascent campaign for governor says it is streaming his 6 p.m. kickoff announcement tonight via his web site here.

Well in advance, Washington Democrats have been taking swipes at McKenna’s long-expected decision to run (including ads earlier this year in The Olympian that likened him to Wisconsin’s Gov. Scott Walker).

    He’s like Scott Walker?? Most excellent. I knew there was a reason I liked him. I hope he’s the one that can finally lead us out of the socialist hell of the last decades. Socialism only works when there is plenty of other people’s money to steal.

    One party rule is destroying this state.

    The democrats will tell you who they fear by who they attack and they fear Rob McKenna.

    Help save this state and listen to McKenna with an open mind and don’t be blinded by the attacks.
