Latest round of results: Murray pulls ahead

With the daily dump of election results, Democratic Sen. Patty Murray has gained ground on Republican Dino Rossi. But more ballots will be counted tonight and in coming days.

Here’s a snapshot of where the Senate race stood as of 5 p.m., including new results from today from Pierce, Spokane, Clark and King counties. Snohomish has yet to post.

    You would think the people of Washington were smarter than this. The rest of the country got more sense than to keep backing a loser and got rid of their Obama puppets.

    It isn’t over yet….lots of votes to be counted yet. It is interesting to look at county results. Rossi has the entire east side and much of the western counties. Murray strikes it rich in King County, which due to its population, quite often controls the outcome of elections. Rossi and Murray are toe to toe in quite a few of the western counties and Rossi stomps Murray on east side.

    So, the entire state favors Rossi, except in the highly populated city areas for the most part. There will be a lot of disgruntled voters in this state IF Murray wins.

    I think it’s still too close to call either direction…..wished they would count a little faster!

    Except for California and Nevada. They seem to be affected with the same ailment as folks here in WA. What amazes the heck out of me though, is everyone b*****s and bellyaches about the politicians, but they vote the same ones in every time. So what is up with that?
