Here are the details on the backyard chat this morning with President Obama.

Obama’s message today is promoting the effects of his policies on women, coinciding with the release of his administration’s report on the subject, highlighting laws like the so-called Fair Pay Act and elements of the stimulus bill that affect women.

So there will be a couple of women business owners in the backyard: Jody Hall, who employs 85 people at Seattle’s Cupcake Royale, and Christina Lomasney, CEO of metals manufacturer Modumetal, with 25 employees.

The gathering is hosted by the Foss family: Erik Foss, a general contractor, and his wife Cynnie, who is volunteer services manager at the University of Washington Medical Center.

Also attending are Murray, Gov. Chris Gregoire, Rep. Jim McDermott and Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn, according to the White House.
