More polls: Elway has Murray up 13 points over Rossi

On the heels of polls showing Republican Dino Rossi slightly ahead of U.S. Sen. Patty Murray, pollster Stu Elway has issued what he describes as an “outlier” finding that Murray is actually up 51 percent to 38 percent.

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee happily circulated copies of the latest Elway Poll, which holds the course with Elway’s finding a month ago that Murray was up 50 percent to 41 percent. The state Republican Party circulated a poll today that was done for Fox News by Pulse Opinion Research, showingthat Rossi is up by 47 percent to 46 percent.
