Said Pierce County Executive Pat McCarthy: “Karl Rove and Sarah Palin … they’re planting the seeds of doubt. They figure if they say it long enough and loud enough, it will become true. We have to fight against that.”

And U.S. Rep. Adam Smith: “Here in Tacoma, it’s great to have Norm (Dicks). He always delivers for us. But Patty Murray is more than his equal in the U.S Senate.”

Gov. Chris Gregoire: “Republicans are scooping up record campaign contributions. They’re getting gobs of money from special interests and saying whatever it takes to win.”

Yup, Adam, ol’ Norm–sometimes referred to as “Murtha West” or “Little John Murtha”–he do bring home the bacon! And bacon is PORK, isn’t it? How ’bout that bacon where Norm got his son named administrator of a grant that ol’ Norm jes’ happened to plug? I do gotta admit, Adam, that ol Norm might be just a bit bigger “fiscal hawk” than you are. What a trio! Murray/Smith/Dicks! They been transferrin’ wealth since before it was cool!

Let’s take out the trash on November 2!!!

  2. “Gov. Chris Gregoire: “Republicans are…saying whatever it takes to win.”

And this is coming from the person who, in pre-election 2008, told everyone that Washington state was in no fiscal trouble, was ‘doing just fine’ and that her Republican opponent was fear-mongering about deficits and unfunded entitlements she and the Dems enacted within the first few months following her initial ‘election’ in 2004 as they increased the budget by over 30% and $11 Billion.
