Pop tax repeal is 6th initiative to qualify for ballot

Six initiatives are officially headed to the Nov. 2 ballot, the Office of the Secretary of State said this afternoon. It just certified Initiative 1107, which seeks to repeal about $100 million a year in tax increases on pop, bottled water, candy and some canned meat products.
