Washington Post’s Dana Milbank skewers Norm Dicks as Mr. Boeing

In a blog post Sunday, Dana Milbank argues that putting Norm Dicks in charge of the Appropriation Committee is an example of business as usual.

“Rep. Norm Dicks is about to go from Mr. Boeing to Mr. Spending,” is how the Post headlined the post. He also refers to him as “Rep. Norm Dicks, (D-Boeing).”

“Maybe this whole outsourcing thing has gone too far. This week, House Democrats indicated they have plans to contract out the federal government’s spending to Boeing,” Milbank wrote.

And later this:” It’s an odd message the Democrats are sending: Return us to power, and we’ll return to business as usual.”
