McKenna’s Facebook foes

Is the opposite of a Facebook friend a Facebook enemy?

If so, Rob McKenna has around 18,000 of them.

Protesters delivered to the attorney general’s office Friday a letter representing the people who joined a Facebook group opposing his lawsuit challenging Congress’s health care overhaul, our reporting partner Brad Shannon reports.

They also rolled up a wheelbarrow full of petitions, covered in 20,000 signatures. You remember petitions: the things you signed to make your opinion known in the days before you could just join a Facebook group.

Next up: a pro-McKenna rally at the capitol, organized by the free-market advocacy group Americans for Prosperity. It’s at 11 a.m. today on the capitol steps.
