I-960: Senate Democrats shake off jitters and vote

The Senate Democrats overcame a bit of dissension in the ranks tonight and voted a third time to suspend most elements in Initiative 960. The effect is to make it easier to raise taxes by getting rid of I-960′s requirement for a two-thirds supermajority vote to pass tax hikes.
