I-960 bill draws strong words on both sides

Whatever people say about it, it seems clear majority Democrats will amend Initiative 960 this year, making it possible to raise taxes on a simple majority vote this legislative session and next.

    Finally, we have the same freedoms as Iran and China. We no longer have to vote on issues of democracy or worry about the will of the people. Our government will decide what is best for the state.

    Also, that little thing I read somewhere about no taxation without representation, gosh what was that all about? I’m sure the voters were confused when the MAJORITY voted to pass this law!
