Gov. Gregoire endorses Heck in 3rd; labor rates candidates

Denny Heck, the former state lawmaker and TVW co-founder, reports the endorsements of Gov. Chris Gregoire, Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler and former Gov. Booth Gardner in his run for the 3rd Congressional District seat.

  1. Brad, you need to correct the headline to read:

    Gov. Gregoire illegally endorses Heck in 3rd; labor rates candidates

    Oh those lame-o campaign finance laws. They always seem to get in the way of politicians.

  2. “Labor rates candidates” means they punish even their friends for not being with them 100%.

    Labor are a bunch of political bullies. From SEIU to the AFL-CIO to the state employees, they are completely out of touch.

    What they want does one of two things: increase the cost of doing business (regulations, taxes) or increases the cost of gov’t (collective bargaining, health care, pensions).

    They basically defend being uneducated lazy slobs. The only reason Democrats listen to them is because of the money they throw at their campaigns.
