I couldn't be more trilled about it. I love that this is a long term lease. 30 years!!! That's awesome!! I will be nearing 70 years old when this has to be negotiated again. I can't wait to see the Cheney Stadium renovations. Also love the fact that there will be no name change. That park is Cheney Stadium, past, present, and future, it will always be Ben Cheney's place.
