I’ll spend the evening posting here on election results from Pierce and King counties, the statewide ballot props and anything else that sounds interesting.

So will the beat reporters on the races they have been covering. I’m supposed to point out stuff that might not apply solely to one race.

King County, using all-mail voting for the first time, will post results at 8:15 p.m. and that’s it. Close races for county executive and Seattle mayor will have to stay that way until another dump of numbers Wednesday at 4:30 p.m..

Pierce will do better. Its first batch of numbers – the mail ballots that have arrived and been processed – are to be released at 8:30. At 10:30 the first poll ballots will be counted. The rest will come out at midnight and Wednesday at 5 a.m.

Pierce County results can be found here. (Hit refresh each time)

King County results can be found here.
