This was already factored into the budget last session and is running much lower than originally anticipated so the net result will actually be even more added back to the shortfall. I&#039;m still in favor of the original plan that all lotto money would go to schools, but no..... The legislature didnt let that last long before they re routed it right back into the general fund.</description>

		<description>Oh thank goodness!  I have always believed that there is just not enough state sponsored gambling available.  So many wonderful things come from encouraging the state population to gamble on things that they are almost certain to lose.  Why bother working hard/getting an education/saving money when you can just hope for the right numbers to come up.</description>
