		<description>I love how the people voted no, the tunnel is widely unpopular, The state is broke more than most realize, and seattle is so broke it is closing schools and laying off.  Yet the State and the city of Seattle see it as a priority to spend the extra 3 billion on a tunnel option when they could have replaced the viaduct much faster (1.2 billion), and still had money to fund seattle schools and fund state short falls through the bienium. Who in the world makes those kind of decisions with taxpayer money. Oh yeah, forgot where I was.......</description>
