The Seattle Sounders supporters are making match day fun for everyone. I talked to a few of them and tried to capture some of the intensity and emotion they add to the matches.

For almost 100 years Ruston residents used the tunnel to get back and forth to the Tacoma waterfront. It will close this week as progress is made on the Point Ruston project.

We got a press release the other day about a fundraising event for the Lincoln High School drumline. So I went out and visited with them for a while. The program is only a few years old, but the students seem to be working hard. Here is the video I made from my visit.

About 80 military spouses wore helmets and eye protection as they navigated an obstacle course, tried their hands at repelling and rode in Strykers.

Tom and Teri Thorning of Olympia brought their son Logan, 16, to the “Freedom Bridge” to wave flags and share the night with other people. About a dozen people were there waving at cars and celebrating the news.
