When I was a student pilot at CloverPark Tech, our flight practice area was in that part of Puget Sound. Even though there was a flight restriction on flying over McNeil Island. Most of us just had to see it from the air. We kept high enough so our aircraft registration numbers weren’t easily read. What a beautiful Island from the air to look at. I always felt it would make a beautiful park some day, and hope that comes true.
To let developers ruin it, would be a crying shame…..
