The house and its grounds are in great shape, as are the interior decorations. Not agreeing with the current owners’ choice of interior decorations amounts to personal taste; and personal taste does not equate objective observation. I don’t doubt that if you decorated the place according to your own tastes, you’d declare it to be perfect.
