I can’t help but laugh when you call these little snow showers snow storms.
I mean seriously they cancel school here when theres not even a trace of snow on the ground.
If they ever had a real snow storm here it would be like crying wolf, because the news tries to make everything sound so major.
I see these as little snow showers that last about an hour or two.

In response to those people who think they have all the answers on driving around the Puget Sound during snowy weather. When you live in an area that doesn’t have snow often those areas do not have the equipment to deal with that snow. It doesn’t take much to figure that out. I am so tired of people who move here from snow states making fun of those from this area. Cost is an issue. Ice is also an issue this time around. Can you drive on ice? If so maybe you can show the rest of us how to do it. Or maybe you would like to ante up the cost of equipment.
