   About 18 months ago, I moved away from the Northwest. I was dismayed at recent events in Lakewood and Seattle, and have watched both through the eyes of your photographers.

   As I’ve come to expect from the News Tribune, your photographers did a *wonderful* job of capturing the events of the past nine days. Hats off to you all. I’ve seen a lot of photos from yesterday, but few that capture the power and emotion of the day as you have.
