I saw fear in their eyes when the OWS, SEIU and state worker unions showed up and said don’t you dare cut my program. I knew right then that the best we would get out of the special session would be a punt.

The point missing from this fine editorial is the solution to legislative leadership problem. The editors know the answer is new leadership, they just don’t want to point their finger at the democrat party that is destroying this state. They know we need balance and change in Olympia but will be pressured by their liberal ideology to endorse the status quo.

Will I be proved wrong and see a Rob McKenna and other GOP endorsements in 2012?
