On our letters page today we pair two oped pieces, one from Gov. Chris Gregoire and another from state Rep. Glenn Anderson, R-Issaquah. The articles offer contrasting views on the final report for the governor’s Washington Learns project, which will release its report Monday after 18 months of work.

The full text of Anderson’s minority report is included MinorityReport RepAnderson[4].pdf here.

On Friday afternoon, the governor’s staff and GOP staffers were squabbling in dueling emails to the press corps about whether Anderson’s report had been submitted in time to be included with the official report. Earlier in the week, Anderson sent out a news release claiming his report had been “suppressed.” We’re not gonna get involved.
