Catching up with 17th Fires Brigade

The Web site of the 34th Infantry Division catches up with Fort Lewis’ 17th Fires Brigade as some of its soldiers arrive in Basra.

The 1,000 soldiers will partner with Iraqi security forces and provincial reconstruction teams throughout the country. It’s the brigade’s third Iraq deployment.
