The Mariners’ 2014 payroll, according to The Associated Press, is $92,081,943. That ranks 18th among 30 clubs.

Here’s a player-by-player breakdown, again courtesy of The Associated Press.  Note: This does not mean these players have made the club. These are merely the salaries the players will make if they spend the entire season in the big leagues.

  1. Does this include pro-rated shares of bonuses or incentive payments? These are used by MLB in calculating payrolls. The costs of player benefits, like health and retirement are not included in payroll calculations but are significant.
