Can’t live on twitter but still want to follow the Mariners? We’ve got you covered with our twitter rewind. Just click here throughout the day to get all of my tweets (and, occasionally, some additional information) in one spot.

It’s not instantaneous. For that, you’ll have to follow me on twitter at @TNT_Mariners, but I’ll try to update this blog regularly throughout the day.

As for today…it’ll be a slow start before things pick up. The Mariners, 11-4-1, play a night game against the Chicago Cubs at Peoria Stadium.

11:09: #Mariners score three in ninth before Ty Kelly’s walk-off RBI single produces 8-7 victory over Cubs in 10 innings.


9:12: An error by #Mariners 2B Ty Kelly makes three in the inning. Ramon Ramirez then yields three-run double to John Baker. Cubs lead 6-3.


9:09: #Mariners 1B Jesus Montero with two errors (so far) in Cubs’ sixth.


8:49: #Mariners LHP Charlie Furbush on for first outing since March 3. Has been battling biceps soreness. M’s lead Cubs 3-2 through five.


8:45: Ty Kelly replaces Cano as pinch-runner. Cano is 12 for 19 this spring.


8:44: Cano with his second double. Also has a walk in three plate appearances.


8:42: Every time I see the mascot race at Peoria Stadium, I think it might be the lamest I’ve ever seen. And that is a really low bar.


8:39: Rodney works around two-out single in scoreless fifth,


8:36: FWIW, I don’t think so. Not on March 12. But he’s likely in lead @kj_jeller @lark_11 I would think so, if there was even a real competition.


8:33: Randy Wolf give up two runs (on long homers) and six hits in four innings. No walks, three strikeouts. … Fernando Rodney on for fifth.


8:31: Miller’s third homer of spring in 25 at-bats. Had an RBI single earlier in game. #Mariners lead 3-2 over Cubs after four innings.

8:18: We have an appeal on a close call at first. Ryan Kalish riled out on throw by Brad Miller.


8:15: Randy Wolf gives up another bomb. This one to Javier Baez. #Mariners and Cubs tied in the fourth inning.


7:29: Mike Olt pulls Cubs even with a no-doubt blast starting second against Randy Wolf.


7:22: Robinson Cano with an RBI double into right-field corner after Kyle Seager walks and steals second. #Mariners lead Cubs 1-0 in first.


5:34: 76 in innings 1-6, 40 in 7+. @l_zaborowski How many of those were scord in the 7th inng or after, when the minor leaguers were all in?


5:30: The #Mariners have scored 116 runs this spring. No other club started the day with more than 91.


5:29: Close battle at SS: Brad Miller and Franklin are both seven for 23 entering tonight’s game. (Miller is starting.)

2:41: #Mariners RF Corey Hart battling forearm soreness and some tightness in his back. Says both are minor problems. Knees are fine.
