Brian Sweeney was wild in his start for the Tacoma Rainiers, and that almost never happens. Consequently, the Rainiers lost 6-3 to the Sacramento River Cats. Stefen Romero had a big night ripping a triple (above) and a double off of A’s top pitching prospect Sonny Gray.

Double A Jackson lost 9-8 to Birmingham. 

Class A High Desert wrapped up the first half of their season with a win. 

Class A Everett completed a three-game sweep of Spokane
