The Tacoma Rainiers have hit a bid of a skid in Oklahoma City (boooo!), losing their third straight game. Blake Beavan had a good start for the Rainiers. But Tacoma went 0-for-11 with runners in scoring position.

Taijuan Walker had an uneven outing as the Generals lost to Huntsville in a 6-2 loss. Walker pitched 5 1/3 innings giving up four runs on seven hits. He walked two and struck out seven.

Class A High Desert split a doubleheader with Visalia.

Class A Clinton was rained out yet again.

What’s the deal with Francisco Martinez? He just straight up sucks.

  2. he’s been kind of a bust as a prospect. He’s also trying to learn a new position.
