Lefty Jimmy Gilheeney made his Triple A debut and was outstanding. He pitched 6 2/3 shutout innings giving up four hits with a walk and nine strikeouts in the Rainiers win. Nick Franklin went 3-for-3 with a walk so he is now batting  .410 (25×61) with 16 runs scored, 4 doubles, 3 home runs, 14 RBI, 4 stolen bases and 16 walks. Carlos Triunfel had a two-run single off of Tyson Ross – a legit big league pitcher. Carlos Peguero also had a 10-pitch walk against Ross.

Class A High Desert lost to last place Lake Elsinore
