Mike Zunino shook off an 0-for-4 day by driving in five runs and Endy Chavez sparked the offense to the lead Rainiers to a win over the Fresno Grizzlies. Here’s Mike Curto’s game story and being the good guy that he is,  Curto also filed this story on Zunino and Danny Hultzen building a relationship as a battery.

Double A Jackson lost its third straight game - this time on a walk-off by Jacksonville. Hector Noesi made his first start and actually pitched well, throwing six shutout innings, allowing two hits, walking one striking out five. Really, it did happen.

Class A High Desert lost 3-1 t Lancaster.
