    Mike Jacobs at first base? Is that the same Mike Jacobs that used to play for the Marlins? Didn’t know he was even in the Mariners’ camp. Interesting that they kept him but let Carp go. Jacobs definitely got power, but it’ll be tough for him to land a job in Seattle. See you at Cheney, Mike.

  2. Yes, guilty, it’s the same Mike Jacobs. They signed him to a minor league deal largely to go to the Rainiers for organizational depth.
