Brendan Ryan somehow comes up short in bid for Gold Glove

The 2012 Rawlings Gold Glove Awards were announced on Tuesday evening and Mariners shortstop Brendan Ryan was not among the winners. It seems likely that  a deal with Iwakuma, who likes the organization, will get done.

Millwood, 37, went 6-12 with one shutout and a 4.25 ERA in 28 starts. The 16-year Major League veteran made his last
