Mariners Minor League Report, April 30: Aardsma throws for Tacoma, nice outing for Forrest Snow

Mariners closer David Aardmsa made his fourth appearance for Tacoma in rehab stint. Aardsma faced four batters in the eighth inning, striking out two while hitting one and giving up a double. He threw 25 pitches, 14 for strikes. He also had a wild pitch.

But the Rainiers rallied for a win with Carlos Peguero and Matt Mangini getting big hits.  The Rainiers have won three of their last fourth.

Double A Jackson picked up a win over Chattanooga. DH Luis Jimenez hit his fourth homer of the season.

Class A High Desert lost 11-2 to Rancho Cucamonga. Kalian Sams did homer for the Mavs. Daniel Carroll has stolen 14 bases for High Desert already this season.

Class A Clinton hasn’t won a bunch of games this season, but they did a split a doubleheader on Friday with Forrest Snow, pitching seven innings and giving up one run on five hits and striking out seven batters
