Lets get something clear the team did not improve with this move. This could be a heartfelt season because of this move but it also has the potential to be incredibly sad. I was content watching Griffey being carried off the field as a beloved player who came back home and put in an honest season for the team he started with. This year could be a much smaller role, with fewer results and team will unlikely have added on a bunch of wins from the previous season. Here is to hoping for the best for the Kid.
