Several blogs play this game where they come up with funny, snarky, angry, bitter, sarcastic captions for photos.
Here's a few of mine for the photo above ...
1. The end is near. The end is near. Armageddon is upon us.
2. Unfortunately, this is not an elaborate and procrastinated April Fools Joke.
3. Alex Rodriguez celebrates winning a World Series (this is not a typo, I wish it were. But it isn't)
4. To quote the bulk of the Mariners fans I cover:
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!"
Followed by ...
"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Moments later, a large sea gull poops on the world series trophy with just enough force that A-Rod looses his grip causing a severe concussion, he will unfortunatelly miss the first half of next season. Although this type of injury doesn't usually take that long to recover from, A-Rod is an unusual case because his head is so big from thinking he is so great, the recovery time is extended.
In an effort to get on the field quicker, A-Rod once again attempts to use performance enhancers, unfortunately he raided Manny's medicine closet and instead he finds himself pregnant, and again amazes the medical community. 9 months later A-Rod gives birth to a beautiful baby goat.

The best line I heard a few weeks ago .. (SNL?).. commenting on kate hudson's rumored pregnancy.. 'if true this would be the first time alex rodriguez has been able to produce in october' or something to that effect.
