BUDGET: Priorities, not revenues, are the problem

Any state that can spend $300,000 for a “global warming” consultant and $1.9 million to fix up the Pantages Theater (TNT, 7-2) doesn’t need more tax revenue. It needs to get its priorities straightened out.

Want to bet that this is just the tip of the tip of the tip of the iceberg?
