BUDGET: Discomfort might lead to agreement

Re: the contingency plans for the state in case of more budget delays (TNT, 6-12).

I noted one thing that was not mentioned. Being as the Legislature is unable to come to agreement on the budget, all facilities to the Senate and House chambers should be shut down until they can. This should include air conditioning, heat and possibly all services, lights, water, etc.

Maybe if they have to experience a little discomfort, an agreement could be forthcoming.
