LEGISLATURE: Failure to do job is rewarded

Re: Legislature’s special session.

Greetings from the real world. It is a place where, if we did not get our job done in four months, we would be fired, not given a two-week vacation and an invitation to try again. Not to mention a daily expense account, excellent medical benefits and great salary.

These are the elected lawmakers who want to assess our governor (TNT, 4-29)? Stop the “sharply divided” Legislature, reach across the aisle and get the job done.
