The unrestricted spending on our political process by corporations unaccountable to us is eliminating the voice of the people in the political process.

HJM 4001 is a resolution currently in the state Legislature that calls upon Congress to send the states for ratification a constitutional amendment that would grant Congress and the states the authority to regulate election spending, so that billionaires, corporations and special interests can’t buy our democracy.

Corporations are not people. We need to stop them from ruining our political process.
