I have patiently waited for Click to come to an agreement with Fisher Broadcasting. After a month of having to watch my favorite ABC shows on the computer or waiting until the day after they air to see them On Demand I have become very frustrated.
Click has compensated customers by giving us a $1.11 credit for not having KOMO available during the month of January. This was like a slap in the face. Does Click realize that for some of us this is a very real inconvenience?
There does not seem to be any real progress in negotiations, and I don’t believe Click views this as a real issue. I feel it is time to stop being patient and understanding.
Until Click starts losing a large number of customers, this issue will continue. I am canceling my service with Click and finding another cable network. I urge others to do the same.
