GUNS: Where’s money for armed school guards?

The NRA wants armed guards in every school in the United States to protect against gun violence. I have not heard it, or anyone else, say who will pay for this service.

Will it be the state as part of basic education? How about the individual school districts or the local government?

We are laying off workers as public revenues fall. Do we hire a separate police officers for each school in Pierce County? What nonsense. Isn’t it cheaper and safer to limit certain types of weapons and accessories, such as magazine sizes?

Maybe the NRA would like to help us out and pay for the protection out of its budget.
