Like many other seniors my age (I am in my 80s), it is my sole wish to stay in my home and not be forced to move due to rising taxes. This is one of the main reasons I am voting for Tim Farrell for Pierce County assessor-treasurer. He will make sure that seniors can maximize all tax advantages afforded to us by the voters.

Farrell also has the education and experience that the office is in desperate need of. He has innovative ideas concerning the office and will bring it into the 21st century. He will create a safe workplace for the employees and will welcome property owners and their issues.

I believe that with his master’s in business administration, his years on the Pierce County Council, and as an advocate for preserving and protecting our homes and land, he is the right and only choice for Pierce County assessor-treasurer.

Oh, you poor thing. You’ve lived an entire life, laboring under the impression that Democrats are going to protect you against taxes. If you don’t want high property taxes, then don’t vote yes on the levies.

  2. Justmein253 says:

Hopefully Mr. Farrell hasn’t led you to believe that he can give you more breaks on your property taxes than what already exists. The current exemptions are determined by the state legislature, not your county government.

Tim Farrell is qualified for the position. A quality that is lacking in the incompetent present assessor-treasurer.
