Re: “Americans on no-fly list allowed to learn to fly” (newstribune.com, 7-18).

Can you imagine that 11 years after 9/11 that the government is allowing people who do not have permission to be in this country (illegal aliens) to attend flying school in the U.S.? Can you imagine that a flying school in the U.S. is operated by someone who does not have permission to be in this country, according to the Government Accountability Office.

Is the government trying to recreate 9/11?

And in the meantime, as airline passengers, we are subjected to being groped by Transportation Security Administration agents simply because we want to use a commercial airline to get somewhere.

Wasn’t freedom great when we had some?

  1. Robert, it’s no accident that this administration is turning a blind eye to this situation. We have a “muslim friendly” administration that would rather spend it’s resources frisking children and old ladies than go after the obvious threat.

  2. Considering the flaws and errors in it the no fly list is not worth the paper it is printed on.

Muslim Freindly administration – Old W must have a powerful dislike for such vermin to order a copy of their holy book be added to the White House Chapel.

  3. rooster_02 says:

Frosty, So if this is a “Muslim friendly” administration what would that make the republican Bush administration for flying out the Bin Laden family after their son and brother, Osama, murdered 3000 Americans?…..Traitors?

  4. scooter6139 says:

Frosty – Let’s put your bigoted butt on the front line to invade Iran or whatever country you are bloodthirsty enough to go after due to it being an Islamic nation. We can pile up all those like-minded chicken-hawks besides you. We’ll even let you through TSA screenings without getting searched so you can bring whatever weapon(s) you feel like to the line. That way all those clamoring for another war get to fight it and those responsible adults who have had enough of the senseless bloodshed can stay home.

  5. scooter, you need to get off the sauce for a while. Where did I ever indicate that I am “clamoring for another war”? I simply stated an opinion about the obvious preferences for searching people at the airport. You need to put that pipe down and clear your head dude.
