LIQUOR: Where’s Browns Point liquor store artwork?

With the closing of the Browns Point liquor store, I was most saddened to see the artwork of the various liquor types taken away along with all of the shelving.

I asked the previous owner on multiple occasions what would happen to the artwork upon closing. He told me the new owner wanted to keep it up. Apparently he was mistaken.

I saw today that the store is completely gutted. I certainly hope that the artwork remains somewhere safe and will be on display again sometime soon and somewhere local.

This was an independent store and not even part of the State Auction.

Kitschy artwork does not make a store.

TNT why is this on the editorial page???? Must be a really show week.

This is another non print worthy editorial for the week.

Michael, for a small fee, I’ll show you how to draw the outline of a bottle and next week I’ll show you how to color it in.
