TACOMA: City closing senior centers?

The City of Tacoma is looking to close one if not both of its senior activity centers, Beacon Hill and Lighthouse. The decision will be made in the next week, without public comment.

The city has again gone to another low, dumping senior programs that make a difference. I guess we now can call Adult Protective Services to report elder abuse.

Not funny pawl. Someday you’ll be old. You might need the things these activity centers provide.

Please remember, we are our brother’s keepers. Older brothers and sisters as well.
